12 Poets publishes 12 poets per issue. (No more than two poems per poet).
Please do NOT include a bio with your submission.
A bio will be requested upon acceptance of your work.
We do not accept attachments. Please put your poems in the body of your email.
Submissions are open until we receive work by the first 12 poets whose work we love.
We will try to accommodate poems with irregular page lay-outs but we are limited by the platform.

Please let us know immediately if poems are accepted elsewhere by emailing the appropriate editor. (See below).
The poems submitted are written by you, not by AI in whole or in part.
To encourage diversity, we will not publish any poet in consecutive issues. If your poetry has been accepted in any issue, please refrain from submitting to the next issue. After a one-issue pause, you’re welcome to submit to the following issue.
Simultaneous submissions are OK. If your work is accepted elsewhere, please notify us via email ASAP.
